I first joined Blush Dance in 2009 as a pole and burlesque student as an alternative to going to the gym.
I soon became, fitter, stronger, sassier and met some amazing people who are still good friends now. I got my first taste of aerial hoop in 2012 and was instantly hooked to life in the air. I love the challenge of learning new tricks and especially love doubles work.
I like to make my lessons fun whilst challenging my students. I love seeing students progress and achieve things they once thought impossible. My proudest moments are standing at the side of the stage watching my students perform at our showcases, seeing all of their hard work and dedication pay off. With a background in personal training, I can offer students tips and suggestions for how to improve their aerial skills both in and away from the studio by focussing on key areas of strength and conditioning.
I’m a two time World Champion powerlifter with several World, European and British records to my name – so if you ever need a spotter, you’re in safe hands! I started competing in 2017 so the years of lifting myself up at Blush definitely made me strong.
Blush has been a huge part of my life for many years and given me some great experiences that have helped to make me who I am today.
