I’ve been Pole Dancing since 2012 and over this time I’m have got stronger and very daring.

I have a passion for strength moves and Doubles Pole.

I have built up a lot of knowledge over the years and love sharing this with students.

I mostly teach Blush Dance Kids to do Hoop and Pole. It’s wonderful to watch the kids learn, develop and have fun. Starting them off on their Aerial adventure is very rewarding.

I love aerial and pole for the friends I have made, the opportunities it has opened up for me and for the regular weekly workouts.

As a child I used to dance and perform in pantos, but that’s as far as my dancing experience went.

Joining Pole in 2012 fulfilled my desire to dance again. I wouldn’t say I’m the most elegant, but I make up for this with strength and endurance.

My background is farming and horse riding and it’s from here I got my foundations of upper body strength.

I started Pole shortly after having my second child. We have all progressed together over the years as my girls have attended Blush Dance Kids since they were very little (my eldest in now in adult classes).

I love horses, dogs, guinea pigs, budgies, sheep, cows – in fact any animal!

Blush has been a big part of my life for a long time now. I can truly say I haven’t missed a week of training, unless for holidays.

It’s not just the training and teaching that keeps me going, it’s the community, friends, social events and the positivity that makes Blush such a special place.
