I started pole at Blush eight years ago, and it completely changed my relationship with my body. Pole, aerial and burlesque taught me to appreciate my body for what it can do, rather than how it looks, which has been incredibly empowering.
Blush has always felt like a truly inclusive, supportive space where everyone is encouraged to grow at their own pace. That environment is a huge part of why I love teaching here and why it still feels so special to me.
My background is in performing arts, and I especially love working with children and young people. I enjoy helping students build confidence through creativity, storytelling, and movement, using choreography as a way to express character and emotion as well as technique. I’m passionate about creating fun, engaging classes where students feel safe to explore, perform, and grow. As a teacher, I focus on nurturing both skill and self-belief, helping each student shine in their own way.
Outside of the studio I love travelling and new adventures, and I’m fiercely independent but happiest around people. I’m known for being loud, chatty and always laughing — you’ll definitely know when I’m in the building!!!
